Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi, I set up a user account with a password and added another user on a pc with xp.

but for some reason when the pc boots it doesnt ask for a login but goes straight into the personal settings of the original user,

if that user logs out, it works fine the two users are there to pick from with passwords required but on a restart it always boots straight to the first users account...... is this strange or has anyone encountered this???

    Try this.

Control Panel -> User Accounts -> User Accounts -> Change the way users log on or off

Then make sure the "Use the welcome screen" option is checked.

Open regedit and go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon key, and delete the value ForceAutoLogon if it exists.
