Bit like getting into a discussion about our holidays, you have to be in the job to understand whats happening and the ins and outs and we will of course get slated! Must say there is some bad parts to the system but isn't there in everything and its very generalised that all pupils were paying full attention and bright as a button every day in school..............if only!
Like your comment about parent giving them his own way, very dangerous!
