From the Website belonging to ComReg

ComReg Web Site - Check it out - loads of information

    Action taken by ComReg
Examples of action typically taken by ComReg are outlined below:

    * sets general conditions requiring operators to establish service quality standards and to ensure that these are maintained
    (You're doing a great job!)
    * ensures the availability to consumers of comparable and meaningful information on operators' performance in achieving such standards
(No Honest, blinding bit of work)
    * removes obstacles inhibiting the delivery of key services required by the market
(Nothing like a free market - taking away all those obstacles - helping joe blog, Christ you're fantastic)
    * ensures that consumers have access to reliable, up-to-date and easy to understand information about the choices available to them in the market place, whether in terms of price, choice or quality, in order to allow them to make informed decisions about their choice of supplier
(Any of you lot got shares in Eircom? - sorry about that but JESUS, what a bloody waste of space )
    * ensures that operators have in place appropriate procedures/codes of practice for the resolution of consumer complaints, and that they are easy to use, transparent and effective
    (Enough Said!!)
    * carries out audits of network quality and service delivery processes and procedures.
( I'm Sure those audits are fantastic, well done, something done right, shame about 50,000 phones being cut off by Eircom - Great work on those audits again)

So what do you do besides audits, No I know what it says, but what do you do??
