Yep, turn right coming out of the train station, turn right at the traffic lights (just down from the station), follow the signs for Durrow/Athy N77 road. Come to the next roundabout and take the second exit on the left (sorry to sound like a driving instructor:D ).
Come to the next set of lights and go straight through them. Come to next rdabout and take the N77 exit (signed) straight through. Go on out this road for about 4/500 metres and Newpark is on your right- you can't miss it- lots of signs and flags outside...

ensure u've not gone astray with the roundabouts by noting a disused petrol station which you pass and turn right (off the roundabout), then a corner shop with the military barracks on opposite side of street.
