Anyway the problem is i'm a tad nervous as 1) i dont know anyone else who body boards and 2) i wear glasses and am virtually blind without them, so i am worried that if i was in the water i wouldn't see too well, i.e other surfers etc.

What is the etiquette when out in the water..distance from surfers etc?
And how the hell will i actually get myself out there!
