Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,
Sorry if this isint the right place...

I made a distribution list on my PC in MS Outlook (XP). Now my friend needs that address book. I was wondering how do I import it onto his address book (He is using MS Outlook - XP too).

I have saved the file to a .rtf but still have the distribution list/names on my own PC

Thanks in advance for any help!

I think the only way of importing the address book apart from the .wab file format is by text file. File->Import->Other Address Book.

If both machines have Outlook ( not outlook express which is a different product and uses different headers on the import/export to csv option  ) you can export the contacts to a .PST file and then open it in outlook and on the other machine. Note the file format changed between 97=2002 and 2003 so if exporting to an earlier verison create a new data file in the old format and make an new contacts folder and then copy contacts and then close.
