Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

want to upgrade ram on HP

    hi all,just got a HP Pavilion ZE2000 and it only has 256mb ram,looking to up that to 1gb.

    I believe its PC2100, the maximum your lappy can handle is 2gb.

    where has the best valufor money on 1gb of ram,also does t have to be a matching pair?

    Oops, it looks like I am mistaken. Some places say your lappy can handle 2gb but it looks like it is 1gb, perhaps someone can clarify this. I would imagine they have to be added in pairs 2x256mb for example. Try shop4memory.com or crucial.com/eu for the cheapest RAM. There are a few others also.

    Max Memory is 2GB, it can only handle 1GB per slot which is where i think the confusion arised :)

    anyone can tell me can i put say a 256 in with a 1gb for example?thus having 1256mb or does it have to be matching ie 2 x 512 for example?

    Doesn't have to be matching capacity, just as long as speeds are the same
