Standardising sodium thiosulphate (problem)

Hi, I'm having trouble standardising 0.1N sodium thiosulphate using the USP method, Potassium dichromate as a primary standard. The result is coming out at 0.16N so I think its either a problem with the standard or KI which is also used. Anyone know anything about this?? thanks.
