Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lots of fresh fruit and veg, plenty of water, getting fresh air and exercise and eating a balanced diet can help. Also 8hrs+ sleep. This should help alleviate the problem.

Not sure if it's true or not, but I read somewhere that the supermodels use a hemorrhoid cream to get rid of theirs :D

If you sleep with your head propped up too much it can cause fluid retention under your eyes apparently. Lose the pillow(s) and see if it makes a difference. I can't guarantee it'll make any difference for you, but it's worth a shot at least.
