    polish on the county councils
    There should be, council workers were on my road (back in Ireland) for over a year, digging and covering a 1X2m channel for around 500m and resurfacing another section (cant be more than another 500m) and everyday I passed it looked just like the photo, except there was no guy in the middle working.
