    We are moving offices soon and I'm going to take the chance to try to change the way our IT works. New beginnings and all that jazz.

    One thing I'm looking to do is better manage how we track and respond to emails - so I want to introduct a trouble ticket system of some kind. Ideally one that integrates with our pop3 account. We don't have that many people in-house to operating on just the local lan wouldn't really be of much benefit. One that creates your usual auto generate ticket ID in the subject body of the mail.

    What have people used before and can recommend?
