Whereabouts in the country are you? What times of the week suit you?

Leagues have just started, so you may not get too many pick-up games going around at the moment. You could see if some of the lower league teams are training and maybe join in with them?

It's hard to gauge from "pretty mediocre" actually at what level you're at. Pickup games will be few and far between for a while as the season's just starting for the National and Local leagues now.
