Metro service degrading lately.

    I saw a thread a while back about the service getting very slow.
    At that time I wasnt having an issue, but I have noticed since that time that each night it is getting slower and slower.
    Packet loss has crept from 6% to 12-18% and speedtest (I know - they are inaccurate) are putting me at 600kbits on a 3mbit connection.

    Normally I pay little heed to the speedtests, but even downloads from Heanet are not going above 50kbytes now...

    Watty how is your connection? you are in the same city.

    Anyone else having probs?

    I'm getting about 6% packet loss tonight. Normally none.

    Well I always get about 6% I think its due to my distance. But speeds have always been fast.
    what does www.speedtest.ie tell you?
    It only ever seems bad after 8pm.
    Had a ping on WoW of 1600 last night.

    I've noticed it a little earlier than that actually. Roughly 6 or 7pm, depending on the day.
