In the case of pass interference on the defense is the intended receiver credited with the yards?

    No.

If the player is fouled and he catches the ball he gets credit only for the yards from scrimmage. Otherwise 'no'.

All penalty yards are counted as just that 'penalty yards'.

To expand a bit further, its ruled a dead play and the offense is awarded yards equal to that of the pass, but those yards are in no way counted as passing yards or receiving yards, ie it doesnt count as a complete or incomplete pass for the QB.

If the passing team accepts the penalty, no yards are put toward the stats of either the QB or the receiver.

If the penalty is declined the play stands as is and the stats are awarded.
