Is Lidl/Aldi stuff as good?

    I don't mean do people think the stuff tastes as good as brand name goods, I mean is the QUALITY of the ingredients as good?

    For example, are the lunch meats/canned tuna unhealtheir than Denny/John West?

    and are the brightly coloured european "wheat biscuits" made from the same quality stuff as Wheetabix?

    Opinion appreicated, facts moreso,

    Yup, for the most part they are. Check out the ingredients to see. They save their money by bulk buying, and sometimes substituting ingredients.
