IBB invoice emails - plain text passwords?

Anyone else getting their IBB invoice via email each month? This is a great idea... cuts out the ****e in the door. The problem I have is that they send out your password in plain text in the email each time too. I've emailed them about this a few times and got one reply "You can change your password after you login"…

I'd ring them, but I can't be bothered at the moment .. anyone else have the same issue? Or any thoughts on this?
