Does anyone know what's happening to sites sold on Davitt Road in Drimnagh

Just wondering does anyone know what's going to happen to the sites (former Unilever and Dulux) on Davitt Road next to the Canal? Also I think the remaining Unilever site (close to Kilworth Road) is up for sale now, too. I've read the first two are zone 6 sites and are open to pretty much any kind of development, not sure…
