Problem with new Build

    my spec

    amd2 x4200
    1gb ram
    250 sata 2 hard drive

    i formated the hard drive installed windows put when i shutdown the pc the trouble started

    on the startup a screen show says you havent shutdown your pc properly basicly

    gives me the option to start in safe mode
    last know confiduration etc


    if i get by that screen a blue chdisk screen shows

    if i let chdisk run it will finish and rebbot and start the whole thing again

    if i cancel chdisk i get into windows
