old Factory in Swords

Does anybody remember the factory in Swords that used to occupy the site where Eddie Rockets/Spar/Chartbusters is now - across the road from the Lord Mayors pub. Now this is going back to the late seventies and early eighties!! A siren used to go off in the morning. Was it an ink factory or something like that?

There used to be a printers there. It was called "Prime Print" in the mid-eighties if my memory serves me correct.
