    Is it evil?

I'm not sure if this is better here or in fitness or some other whacky place so I'm just putting it here.

I've started drinking coffee recently. I read on a few sites that it's actually good for you.

What's the deal? Good, bad.. indifferent?

I don't care for the taste... only certain mocha drinks I can handle.

But personally, I wouldn't want to become "addicted" to something; I know some people who have to drink coffee every morning or their whole day is off. I wouldn't want that. Not healthy.

like nearly all foods and drinks, moderation is key.

I love good coffee. Instant sucks. There was a national geographic article at the start of the year that went through the pro's and con's of caffeine and overall, so long as your not downing can after can of red bull, there's nothing wrong with it. It's also almost impossible to overdose on caffeine, because the more you take the less you'll want.
