    Who has the power to stop eircom from advertising like this ? There's one glaring omission: "THIS ISSUE DOES NOT APPLY TO SMART LLU SUBSCRIBERS"

    You could try the ASAI ( http://www.asai.ie ) but frankly being sactioned by then is like being tickled by a big pink cuddly bunny rabbit.

    ^^ What he said. Smart themselves are almost as bad. No clarification sent to LLU customers, very confusing differentiations (between CPS and LLU customers) on their forums, website and printed media, conflicting advice from CSRs, and so on. Sure it's improving, but I'm sure there are many LLU customers needlessly confused by all the hype.
