Not exactly sure now how but I've got tiny spots of what looks like cement all over my paintwork at the front and sides. I presume I was traveling behind a cement mixer truck and it splashed some off the back onto my otherwise perfect shiney red paint job. I'm well p1ssed as you can immagine.

Anyway what should I do here? Will I bring it to a normal car valet place or should I get some specialist to do it? Where would anyone recommend in south dublin? Are there any mobile servies, as I'm in work 8-6 and can't take time off to drop the car somewhere...
    Thanks

Lots of very cold water and it should be a lot easier to remove. Be real careful scratching it off.

Use an icecube and it should be easily removed.

You can get a chemical from most cement/concrete suppliers that turns the cement back into dust and just wash it off. I've used it myself but I don't know what its called.

Wow that sounds good, does anyone know what it is called, and is it safe to use on paintwork?

Its what cement companies use for situations like yours. I'm sure if you called into one of them they'd fill you in (no pun intented:) )

I heard a bag of ice placed on the concrete works, the metal will contract quicker than the cement and so the cement will lose it's grip and should all wipe off easily.

Guys can anyone recommend somewhere that are good with dealing with these type of jobs? I worked out that it happened when parked beside some building near work, and hopefully the construction company is going to pay for it.

I need to find out who is best to give my car to to repair the damage?
