Hi all, I recently moved into kilbarrack in north dublin and got "3Mb" Smart line. Its been 1.2Mbs from day one. Many calls with smart where they have turned off interleaving and other nonsense and none of it has worked. I'm starting to wonder if its just smart or just where I am. Hi all,

Does anyone have ANY wired broadband in kilbarrack so I can try to eliminate what the problem might be?
