I included a font into a document I created in Illustrator and want to get it printed which isnt that difficult.

However - when I send the pdf or ai file to the printers, the font I used doesnt work with it. I have outlined the text etc to help but it still isnt working out right.

    Any suggestions??

maybe it wont embed due to licensing restrictions? although if you're able to outline it the font won't be an issue any more, as it won't be present. Have you tried giving them an eps

Do you mean that you have converted the text into vectors as opposed to a font?
