Hey guys, Am waiting for my parking permit to come through at the moment but need to find somewhere to park until it arrives. Really don't want to pony up €21 a day in parking costs and was wondering if anyone is aware of non-disc parking areas in the Rathmines/Ranelagh district. Cheers.

I'm unsure about Rathmines, but everywhere (afaik) in Ranelagh is pay and display. All the little off roads off the main road included. That said, there are a few lanes scattered around that if you can find them you can hide your car fairly well from the clampers
