will I lose my no claims bonus?

I am gone from ireland just about a year now but just before I left i got my full 5 years no claims bonus on the auld car insurance I was wondering how long of a gap can I leave before I lose the NCB thanks

But if you've been driving elsewhere in the Europe, shouldn't proof of that be enough?
