What do you mean exactly by buy them? Henna tattoos get applied by hand, do you mean if anyone knows where you could get one done?

Yeah Henna are painted on. I'm sure Tattoo places would do it ?

the body shop sell henna tattoo kits.. well they used to.. they normally last between 2 - 6 weeks on the skin.. depends on the person and the mixture of the henna..
