I came across some interesting hearses the other day, mostly Italian built. Anyone else here interested in them?

Would you be interested in buying one? I know where there's a nice LWB mk 1 3.0 GXL in pretty good nick for handy money.

Hmmmmmmmmm...........the potential to refit one with lots of ICE is appealing. Plenty of room for a few 18" subs :D

For me it would have to be a Black E-Class Mercedes. They've been the norm for as long as I can remember (born in '89).

Does anyone else think that the third one in the original post looks huge? Even though it's shorter than the Chrysler

i have seen the Chrysler one around bray, shankill area.and also the Chrysler limo behind it.it looked good.

someone mentioned Japanese hearses. Here is my own, a I/43 Diapet model, made in I982 by Yonezawa. As far as I know, the only model ever produced, although there are some one-off larger scale models made by professional modellers.

I have that one too. I also have a Rolls Phantom, a Daimler DS 420, a Jaguar mk7, a Pollman Ford Granada, a Citroen DS, a Ford Zodiac, a Peugeot 404 and a Cadillac Superior all in 1:43 scale. I have a Cadillac Crown Royale and a Mercedes 180 in 1:18 scale and a hand made 1920's Rolls Royce in 1:6 scale. Its very hard to get scale model hearses and very expensive too. The odd code three one does show up on e-bay from time to time but generally ends up in a bidding frenzy at close of auction especially if its a nice model.
