    New FIAT Linea...

FIAT seem dead-and-buried in this country for anything above Punto-size. This looks good though...

It bugs me that FIAT/Alfa (and soon Lancia) are capable of producing desirable cars yet can't screw them together properly.

they should atick to clever little hatchbacks that capture peoples imagination. That retro Fiat 500 that they had as a concept would be just the job to revitalise the brand and make people notice again. Money better spent than on stuff like the Croma.

The new 500 is going on sale at some stage, it is going to share it's platform with the new Ford Ka due in 2008.

From the writeup, this looks like a replacement for the Fiat Sienna
sienna.jpg which is the saloon version of the Palio hatchback sold in 'emmerging markets' with it's origins datind back to the uno.
