    Hi,
I was thinking of getting a cheap punchbag or punchball just for a bit of exercise.

I don't have anywhere to hang a bag, nor do I really want to spend out on both a bag and a stand, just in case it turns out to be a five-minute-wonder (things often do with me :D)

Would the inflatable type of puncbag be any good for me or are they just a toy? I'm thinking of something like this:

    Thanks for any advice,

If your getting a bag you can buy free standing ones that have a bit of weight in them-you need a bit of weight. dont buy the water or air ones as they are crap! get yourself a skip rope and gloves-best of luck
