Do you know of anywhere that would give us a mortage for somewhere foreign? AIB would, if I owned my own place here, but I don't so can't do that.

www.globalmortgagesdirect.com based down in Kilkenny, we've done some business with them before and they seem straight up

Probably best to give them a buzz and ask about foreign mortgages over the phone rather than online.
