Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vodafone WAP, MMS, etc. settings for HTC V1240...

    Hi guys,

    I'm looking for the WAP/GPRS & MMS settings for Vodafone bill-pay using a HTC Hermes aka Vodafone V1240.

    It's not listed on the site and the tech support staff don't seem to have a clue! Can anyone help out? This Windows Mobile 5.0 device seems to have a different list of settings under connections to that of what I'm used to, i.e. Sybian Series 60 phones, etc.

    HTC Hermes is a Pocket PC. The Voda v1240 is HTC Tornado.

    TO answer the question: for vodafone bill-pay I guess the APN is isp.vodafone.ie for TCP/IP stack internet access. I'm not sure about the MMS settings.

    And you're damn right about the Tornado; I'm getting a Hermes as a replacement (although it's looking like it'll be the Wizard now instead), so I had it on the brain! :)
