Hi all, I planted Cypress Landis (I may be wrong with the spelling) 3 years ago around the boarder of site. There are 4 of them that have now failed. I planted some extra in case this happened. But I'm not sure what the best time of the year to transplant the the extra ones in. Also, what would the best fertilizer be to…

Hi all,
