How to track amount downloaded ?

I just got broadband and i am wondering is there any way to keep track of the amount i have downloaded ? its supposed to be unlimited but... i am with irish broadband a friend told me that with eircom you can track it via their web page

Bear in mind that if you have more than one computer, you'll need DUMeter (or whatever) on each computer. Also bear in mind that when you transfer data between computers, that will also count as "internet" traffic. In other words, there's no easy way to monitor traffic when ya have more than one computer (that i know of).
