Is primary teaching impossible with Ordinary Level Irish

    I have always been terrible at Irish and there is now way around my loack of knowledge at this language. i have just completed an Arts degree and was wondering if there is any way to get into primary teaching

    We've discussed this one a good few times before. You need to either redo your Irish leaving cert, or else qualify in the UK or another country and come back and do the SCG exam, which is basically a multi part competency exam that foreign trained teachers have 5 years or so to pass.
