Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Moved from Online Buying/Auctions, you might want to give a few details on the type of phone you are thinking of buying.

    Hey,

I lived in Japan for 3 years. When my parents came over my Dad bought a sharp vodafone phone. It took him about a year before they managed to actually unlock it here. Even though it is unlocked it'll never be able to send picture messages or use your operator's portal. So no Vodafone Live etc.. Basically it's all looks, not much function.

What phone is it? For it to be even anyway capable of working here it'll have to be a Vodafone (now Softbank phone). AU phones and 99.9% of Docomo's phones (only one older model is capable of roaming) are a no-go.
