Are you on Cablesurf? Upload speeds question

    Hi all

    Had the Cable surf 9 meg installed.

    Download average is 10 meg, but the upload speed is worse than useless.

    Lucky to get 50 - 100 kbp/s.

    Anyone with similar experience? Resolution?

    Testing with blacknight, with laptop plugged directly into cable modem.

    Any advice appreciated, since a call to the company yeilded no results as yet.

    Update:

    Seems to have sorted itself over the weekend, 10 meg down, 512 k up.

    Happy days
