I am an Energy consultant, and currently make my money working with large industries and large commercial bodies. In short they are the only ones who can afford to employ a specialist like me.

I would like to work with a web designer to develop a comprehensive, easy to use and constantly updated website on options when building a house, or how you can improve your existing house.

It could also have information on transport etc.

I would like a web developer with experience in making money from these things to be my partner on this thing. I would see it being a part time business for both of us.

Anyone interested?
