Saw these on ebay: http://url.ie/2ap and thought it was a good idea - in the event of your car getting stolen, it texts you the long / lat / speed / direction of your car - can also text you car status etc. Any thoughts? I already have one of those big free-wheeling disk locks on my steering wheel, but I'm getting paranoid…

Personally if my car was stolen I don't want to know where it's gone and don't want to see if again, it will be used and abused and I wouldn't feel the same driving her again . Roll on the insurance money for her and on to bigger and better things....
