    Does anyone know when the new models of the A3 and Golf are due to come to Ireland ? - Been reading that they may arrive in 2009 although in other articles it says 2010 ?

    - Not sure on buying a new Golf/A3 in 07' if they are to be replaced in 09' ?

    It's either 2007 or 2008 that the new Golf is coming, I think there was a post about it here a while back.

    To be honest, if you're buying a car that's not going to be replaced for two years, it's not really going to impact on the value.

    A3 and Golf are fairly good on the residuals anyway.

    The new/facelifted A3 is due in the middle of 08. Not sure about the golf, should be around the same time if not a little earlier. The current one came out in early 04 wasnt it?
