Suprisingly this doesnt seem to be listed on the Honest John site.

Is this the Shogun in the UK market?
Honest John does say the Shogun is basically a rustbucket and mentions the fact that its possibly due to the steel used in the Italian plant.
Quite severe rust problems reported even on apparently new cars, possible due to quality of steel used in Italy to build the car.

Looking on google I found the original Mitsubishi Press Realease for this car which mentions an Italian car plant.

So is it the same car?
Do they have a poor reputation for rusting ?

Looking in Carzone they seem to depreciate far more slowly than a RAV4 or CR-V suprisingly (imho) which would perhaps indicate that all isnt bad..then again the Landrover models seem to do well also!

The prices on Carzone are artificially inflated, nobody in their right mind really pays over the odds for any sort of Mitsubishi
