Read the comments on that site ... it's a publicity stunt by Lamborghini. That registration number is registered to Lamborghini UK.

And it's had a paint job since it was on the Top Gear Lambo special a couple of years ago. It was yellow at that time.

It's not that I have a great memory... It was on last night on UKTV!
