NTL internet down after each session

    Can anyone help on this issue. When I leave my pc after a time on the internet when I return to my pc and click on internet it is down.
    I have to restart my pc to to get internet working again.This has only started in the last 2 weeks.
    Is this a NTL issue or a PC/modem issue?

    USB or Ethernet? Can you ping the modem or get into the admin page?

    If it restarts with your PC then it seems to be a pc/modem issue.
