    Hi all,

I thinking of doing some personal research into the psychology of extreme sports the good stuff like sky diving, long distance running, expeditions etc. I have an idea of some of the people I would use based on their books, and as a psychoanalyst I know the references I need there too. However, for a more psychological veiwpoint would people know of any authors who have dealt with this topic, or any resourses I could use to gather info on what psychology has to say on the matter. Thanks in advance.
