Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    sean connor has resigned from the rovers rumors are rife that he will take the bohs job or back to engand hopefully its the latter

    Connor denies Sligo quit talk

    Sligo Rovers manager Sean Connor has moved to quell speculation suggesting he is considering his position at the club in the wake of this week’s FAI Carlsberg Cup defeat at the hands of Derry City.

    Connor side fell to a 5-0 defeat in Tuesday night’s semi-final replay, and rumours that he would step down as Rovers chief spread on Wednesday.

    The Belfast native’s status has grown since leading Sligo to the First Division crown last season, and he is said to be in the running for the vacant manager’s position at Bohemians.

    But he insists he has no plans to leave the Showgrounds. He told the Irish Sun: “I don’t know where that is coming from. I have a job to do here and I intend to do it.”

    Posts from fairly reliable sligo fans on smartarser.ie aswell, also claims that he's made his first signing for Bohs in the form of Neale Fenn on a 4 year contract, probably to play alongside Mansaram.
