Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Guys,

I'm ditching Meteor this weekend and while switching operator I'm looking to get a smart phone that provides me with the full suite of Biz tools (Email, Calendar etc). I'd like a phone that supports Wifi also (so I don't have to pay 3G prices all the time)

Any tips on either the Operator or the Phone?
I hear the following are good Palm Treo, a Nokia E61, Blackberry etc

    ta :)

Regarding the operator choice, you should check out www.callcosts.ie

Whether or not you get an optimum operator / handset combination, I don't know.

I am as useful as yapyap .......... no use with the handset but I can confirm that www.callcosts.ie is a great place to compare prices!

If wifi is necessary then the nokia E-series is available; E61, E50, E60. As far as I know only vodafone are carrying them. The other option is the WM5 phones
The only other option is some of the O2 XDA range
I am thinking of switching to O2 at christmas to get the new blackberry pearl. Had a look at it and it is really neat and small.

Maybe post a list of what you want/need in order of priority and you might get better recommendations
