Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This error can mean several things.

1: The uninstallation .exe is running and is in use. It is located under your Windows directory: either uninst.exe or IsUninst.exe (depending on the InstallShield product that has been used to create the setup).
Reboot the machine and make sure no other application is running that will load this executable into memory and then run the setup again (perhaps: Start -> run -> msconfig ) . Check Task Manager to see whether it is loaded into memory (Ctrl + alt+ del)

2: You're trying to install where you don't have sufficient access privileges.

3: InstallShield is buggered (This gets messy. Take care of the previous first)
