Is it worth $5? I wonder did anyone harrass the owner into selling?

Perhaps it is because UTV offer the best dial-up deal currently available in Ireland. For 5 euro less I get 30 hours more time than Eircoms package + free evening/weekend calls to Ireland & the UK.
I don't think UTV suck considering the amount they saved me over the last 18 months or so.

I would agree with that. I'm with UTV for broadband and have found them great over the last few years. Couldn't really fault their customer service either. E-mails are replied to promptly etc etc.
Their online billing works exceptionally well. Much better, more reliable and less complex than BT Ireland's trainwreck of a system.

In general, they just don't suck at all!

Well the DNS went down on Friday and yesterday, last time I checked the utv.support group there was no 'interfacing' from anyone in Belfast.

If the DNS goes down, which it shouldn't, just plop in BT Ireland's DNS servers. They're still up from the Esat Clear days: 194.145.128.1 and 194.145.128.2. They've never gone down.
