HI all

I'm a fourth year student in Galway mayo it studying Computing in Software Development. I (all going according to plan) will graduate with a higher degree this year and will find myself out in the big bad world.

Basically I want some advice.

1) General advise bout looking for work, aspects of programming I should brush up on. Interview or C.V. tips anything I should know or would improve my chances of getting a job.

2) I'm considering doing a Java cert can any give me advice on which one to do, if it's worth it.

Actually if any experienced programmers live round Galway I’d love to meet up and pick your brain. Anyway thanks all

If your going for a Java cert then you need to do the SCJP first, then you can pick another. Think the architect is an example.
