Shoudn't the case have come with the cables/ports pre attached ?

You could possibly use this offers 2 USB and 2 Firewire ports. You could attempt to remove the ports from the bracket and supplant the ones in the case with those.

Some more similar stuff can be found on Dabs.

The ports that came with the case the cables r too short to reach the motherboard. Like wouldn't u think that the manifacture would know that all motherboards are different and just give u plenty of cable to reach the bottom of the case. Well they didn't so i was just wondering if there was someone who makes up cables.
    cheers

I see well extensions for such items are probably only available if at all in specialist stores like this one or for specific cases but I don't know were to acquire such a thing this side of the pond.

Out of curiosity what make motherboard & case is this ?

Have you considered getting an alternate front port system like one of these which comes with cables for connecting the ports though for one or two of them you may need an adaptor to convert the internal port connection to an external one (you don't have to for USB).
